It's hard to believe that in two weeks time we will be in Las Vegas and on our way to Texas.
Where has the time gone.
It's getting incredibly exciting now and we are almost ready to get going.

Countdown
Preparing for our farewell function at the Rotary Club of Pukekohe on March 29th.
It should be a fun night as part of the club meeting along with family, friends and employers.
We'll be giving a presentation which we are currently working on.
Starting to think about what to take and what there won't be room for, we have so much stuff to take!
Lots of gifts and NZ souvenirs.
The team meet our District 9920 Governor, Nichloas Spillman from Tahiti last night at the welcome function for our counterparts from Texas 5790.

a team shot at one of our planning meetings
Regular meetings have been essential to planning and organising our exchange and getting to know each other. Preparing our presentations, learning songs and the haka, updating our NZ general knowledge and gaining an insight into the world of Rotary and its opportunity to serve. We have been in contact with the hosts in Texas and our schedule is almost complete. Time is whizzing by and there is still lots to do, what what a great experience. And we haven't yet left the country!!
